Unprofessional and unreliable
Hired her to file paperwork for step children to Canada, took my money but provide no service, no contant unless you contact her, will take days to respond. Asked for my money back, no reply. Tried to handle in a professional manner, emailing explained at this point all I want is my $$, B CAREFUL, wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. kept copies of all communications, the last month to 2 months, been reaching out to settle this amicably. my money is gone and I was taken advantage of.
