Bijoux Fusion Cuisine is a special service in such a way that it caters for all. Chef Bijoux is an African by origin and has developed her food passion from her grandmother , mother and also during her growing up in different parts of Africa. The chef started cooking when she was at a tender age of 8 years and has never stopped . After working for major companies in Canada where she reside and call home for over 20 years , she made a decision oneday and started Bijoux Fusion Cuisine which caters for all events. Chef Bijoux's recipes comes from her African background and her culinary education that she aquired from Pearson Professional Culinary school and also from the amazing cuisines of the world.

Bijoux fusion cuisine ❤️???
bijoux fusion cuisinent et une explosion des saveurs dans la bouche, son nom parle tout seul, la nourriture est succulente, bien presenter, ces assiettes ressemblent à des fleurs, une présentation très propre de haut niveau. si vous cherchez à manger de la bonne nourriture africaine au-delà de plusieurs pays du monde, je vous recommande la chef bijoux fusion cuisine. elle a la main en or, tout ce que j'ai mangé était bon et plein des saveurs, en commençant par les entrées, les bouchées, les repas consistantes principal, les desserts, vraiment tout. merci bijoux pour toutes ces belles découverte des saveurs que tu nous fait vivre.

Best Chef n Best food in town
This is one of the 100 star if i may say thé food is so tasty,very nice presented and decorated.Everything is à 100 star n so is the Chef Bijoux very welcoming and i can assure this is what we call class tasty food,n all orders are always on time n no complains.Thank you for the nice food all the time.????

1st class cuisine
If you are looking for best food, professional, 1st class - Bijoux is the one. If Bijoux's food was fashion, she would be the Gucci chef. The food is tasty and always balanced to suite the palate. Bijoux can turn any kind of food to its best. Bijoux is social, relatable and approachable, she will blend in any kind of social setting, a personality that adds to her fantastic cuisine. Bijoux cooked at my fundraising dinner, the guest were delighted with the food that they added more donations.

The best chef in town!
Bijoux is the best chef I know!!! She truly loves what she do. I used her services last week, the food was AMAZING. Everything we tasted melted in our mouths!!! Absolutely the best meal we had for a while. From the starter She to the dessert the quality and the tastes of everything was OUTSTANDING!!! She is very clean and professional. Her services is unmatched. Highly recommend.

Bijoux Fusion a, plusieurs fois, assuré le service de table bien garnie à mes événements avec différents concepts et publics.
Un régale qui a toujours plu à mes convives qui la sollicitent encore.
Comme le nom de la traiteuse le dit, ses œuvres culinaires résultent de la fusion entre les délices de la cuisine congolaise et les saveurs occidentales et d’ailleurs.
Ses plats succulents emmènent les langues servies dans un voyage gastronomique rempli de bonnes surprises à déguster.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My favourite chef
If ever there is an even Bijoux is the chef to do the catering. With all her knowledge of the spices from zanzibar to Montreal. Her food is prepared with her heart and soul. I would just close my eyes and just Saveur the flavor of her culinary skills. Tasty, well prepared and on point. ❤️

Bijoux' food is to die for!
Bijoux catered the food at the Black Business Atlas launch party on April 23rd. We had the fusion mini-burgers, crudités with her special dip, plantains and meatballs. Yummy, yummy, yummy!
We can't wait to have her at our next event. If you are organizing any events, Bijoux is the one to call for your catering needs!
